Commercial Mold Remediation in Northwest Dallas

The ceiling in this corner of the office was stained with Black Mold. This is some of the blown insulation that fell as we demolished that infested portion of the drywall. The wall by the window was damp and we removed a section to reveal more mold growth that we removed and discarded. We set up some drying machines to dry out any remaining moisture in the insulation, composite sheathing of the wall or the ceiling joists. Upon verifying the return to a dry state by measuring with a moisture meter, we sprayed an anti-fungal agent in the exposed areas to mitigate the chance of a future mold growth.
