Commercial Water Damage – Dallas Office Building
Commercial water damage was sustained at this Dallas office building when an overhead pipe burst during the night. SERVPRO was called to clean up the water and mitigate the damage to ceilings and walls. The water had soaked into the subflooring to the extent that we were forced to remove all of the carpeting in order to dry the subfloors properly. Disposing of that much carpeting was quite a task. Once the drying phase was confirmed complete, we installed new carpeting, and the building occupants were able to return to their normal routine.
